Q: IS NATIONAL EVENT STAFFING A MODELLING AGENCY?

A: National Event Staffing is neither a "modeling agency" or "event company" or "temp agency". A "modeling agency" would have staff on hand that are picked for their look, print work and runway presence but not for their communication skills, personality or ability to engage an audience. A "event company" would have only office staff to organize events and usually no event staff, they would often use an agency such as ours to accomplish that task. A "temp agency" would usually have only basic staff available to them picked for their ability to perform general labor, warehouse and assembly line tasks. National Event Staffing on the other hand has “event staff” across the USA and Canada chosen based on a lengthy screening process as we look for and gain staff that are professional, articulate, outgoing and most importantly have proven event experience.


Q: DO YOU PROVIDE EVENT STAFF THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA? WHERE DO YOUR STAFF COME FROM? DO THEY FLY OR PARACHUTE TO MY EVENT?

A: Our staff do not fly or parachute to your event. They are local professional staff living near your event location. Wherever your staffing needs take you across the USA or Canada we have local staff ready to assist. Let us know where your event is taking place and we will provide a selection of local staff that are interested in your event and ready to help make it a success.


Q: WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES/RATES FOR STAFF?

A: Contact us to quickly discuss your event details with one of our Account Managers. We will find a price that fits your budget and will allow us to book professional staff for your event.


Q: WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO STAFF YOUR EVENT WITH EXPERIENCED, PROFESSIONAL STAFF FROM NATIONAL EVENT STAFFING?

Q: WHY NOT SIMPLY USE "LOW COST GENERIC TEMP STAFF WITHOUT EVENT EXPERIENCE"?

A: We have tried to offer this service in the past but were consistently disappointed with the lack of commitment by this type of staff member. Temp staff are very often absent, late, unprofessional, not dressed appropriately, confrontational, "sick", lazy, shy and simply not what our clients needed to professionally promote their brands.

Most of our staff have chosen modeling, acting and promotions as their profession and therefore take each job very seriously! It is what they do and what they love to do and you see it at each event, from their attention to detail prior to the event, arriving on time every time, learning the product, and most importantly how they interact with the public. Q: WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A MODEL LIST VISABLE SO THAT CLIENTS CAN CHOOSE STAFF ONLINE?

A: We do all that work for you. We have thousands of staff on our roster throughout the USA and Canada and it would be overwhelming if we tried to put it online. Simply use the Hire Us Link, Call Us, or Email Us and we will contact you to discuss all of your event details. We will then present you with a selection of specific staff that fit your request and are available on the dates and times of your event. You will have a dedicated Account Manager that will work with you from event start to finish.


Q: WHY NOT SIMPLY FIND AND HIRE YOUR OWN PROMOTIONAL STAFF?

A: It is not as easy as simply finding staff. We have screened, interviewed and worked with our staff. We know their strengths and what types of events and promotions each is best suited for. We have over forty thousand staff on our roster across the USA and Canada and can at a moments notice place the correct staff on most any promotion.


Q: HOW DO YOU MEASURE RETURN ON INVESTMENT (ROI)?

A: We provide professional, attractive, outgoing, articulate, qualified event staffing. You decide how to make the best use of the staff at your event. The staff are at your event to work and achieve the goals you set forth. With proper direction our staff can accomplish anything you put forward. For most of our clients just one gained lead or sale covers the cost of a staff member for an entire event. The return on investment (ROI) we are able offer our clients is part of the reason National Event Staffing was founded. There should be no reason you cannot achieve the goals you set and gain excellent Return For Your Investment (ROI) every time!


Q: WILL OUR STAFF HAVE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE?

A: You decide how much training is necessary. You can arrange to meet with your staff weeks, days or hours prior to the event. You may decide to also provide written information or online training. Before attending any event your National Event Staffing team will strive to become experts on your company and its services. They will speak about the products and/or services your company represents with accuracy, sell, promote, state advantages and most importantly seamlessly integrate with your existing staffing if necessary.
