COMPOSITE CARD

Also known as a Comp Card or Staff Info Sheet or ZCard, this sheet contains photos of the staff member, previous work history, height, weight, hair color, eye color and sizing information. This is a valuable tool as it allows clients to quickly and easily make their staffing selections.

COSTUME CHARACTER

Staff dressed up as a character for themed promotions, and special events.

FITTING

The process of trying on clothing or costumes before a photo shoot, runway show, or other events. Fittings are scheduled in advance of the event to ensure the clothing or uniform fits properly. Fittings are normally billed at a half rate and with a 3 hour minimum.

HEADSHOT

An 8×10 photograph of a staff members head and shoulders. Headshots are a very important tool for any event staff because they allow clients to see an event staff’s facial features up close.

TIME SHEET

Also known as a billing form or voucher, it is a printed form used by event staff to keep track of the hours they work, names of clients, job description, notes and comments.

SPOKESPERSON

Hired to attractively demonstrate or speak publicly about the brand, product or service. Often receiving greater pay then a Promotional Model, Brand Ambassador or Promotional Staff member.

PROMOTIONAL MODEL

Hired to attractively demonstrate or pass out information about the brand, product or service. Often receiving greater pay then a Brand Ambassador or Promotional Staff member.

BRAND AMBASSADOR

Hired to increase visibility or generate interest in a product or service while interacting with guests. Often receiving greater pay then a Promotional Staff member.

PROMOTIONAL STAFF

Hired to increase visibility or generate interest in a product or service while interacting with guests.

EVENT STAFF

Hired to increase visibility or generate interest in a product or service while interacting with guests.
